You don't need a concealed carry license to carry a gun unconcealed. But I tend to agree with your point, if that's what this law does.

In Pa, in order to carry a loaded gun in your car, you need a license to carry permit which is our concealed carry permit. There is no license to open carry a firearms in Pa. There's no law on the books against it here. I guess I erred in assuming other states were like mine and came up with a poor example. I wanted to get people to see the problems that could arise. That's why I chose the gun issue.
