The recent announcement of the Democrats switch of focus from Cap and Trade energy legislation to immigration reform is simply an administrative slight of hand.
Barack Obama and the rest of his co-conspirators in Washington including Rahm Emanuel, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid know full well that a hard fought political battle in Congress over an energy bill was unnecessary. Instead they have given the EPA their blessing to unilaterally determine CO2 limits for the nation.
Administrator Jackson's decisions will mean the difference between prosperity or poverty for millions of Americans. All without a single vote in Congress.

Anyone who votes for a Democrat should be checked for mental instability.
A hoes abound.
The courts will be clogged up for years dealing with Obama-isms.
Marxist dictator.
Cannot see how this is legal. Yes regulations are powerful but they are supposed to be based on the law.
Vote all the slimeballs out and fire 1/2 of federal employees.
This is the Marxist agenda to defang business and enslave the peons and peasants. If we peasants refuse consent to be so regulated....why he’ll just go ahead and import some from South of the Border who’ll be happy to live on the Democratic Plantation.
Regulate carbon dioxide? That’s like regulating excessive wind or regulating the tides.
Morons.........

“Instead they have given the EPA their blessing to unilaterally determine CO2 limits for the nation.”
That means I can only exhale so many times, drive so many miles, eat only a certain amount of food, get a certain level of health care, use only so much electricity, propane, and natural gas, order online only so many things due to the shipping involved, etc., etc., etc.
“...and fire 1/2 of federal employees”
At the end of the day, I think this is really the only answer. Our federal government is simply too vast. No party in power is going to confront that issue unless we, the American people, are willing to demand it.
By the way, I think cutting the federal government (and it’s employees) by 1/2 is a modest and gentle first step. If that’s even open to debate among serious voting Americans, you can pretty much write this country off. We’re done.
