With 6 Emmy nominations and 3 Telly Awards, Jim has worked most recently as business and financial reporter for NBC30 the NBC owned TV station in Hartford. In addition Jim worked as business editor at WFSB-TV in Hartford for 14 years.

I'm SO happy Jim is back on WTIC. Deep-blue CT just became a little "redder" today, as Jim said at the start of his show today. :o)
I found out Jim was back at 6:30 this morning. I just got done beating back latest malware attacking my PC. Got on Radio Vice blog and heard the good news. My boycott of TIC end at 9 AM. 27 days.

Same here, although I did tune in for about 5 minutes a day just to see what they were doing in Jim's 9am - 12 noon slot.
It was appallingly bad, especially that week with the despicable Howard Stern wannabe "Sebastian". I still can't believe WTIC went so far down in the gutter as to put him on air for a full week.
Jim Vicevich is back on WTIC for 3 hours a day, and he appears to be in great health. Life is good! :o)
