So is this guy still a priest in the Catholic Church? I know the Church disciplined him over a year ago, with instructions to take a "time out" that he might reflect on ways to gain control over on his general "unruliness". Did the church allow him to return? May I ask what is their reasoning? How can they justify permitting this bloodthirsty man to be a “shepherd” over the flock entrusted to them?
