Arpaio more than held his own going against ridiculous Giraldo who called the bill a 'Draconian' measure!

Giraldo was insulting & Diaz-Balart was insulting and I couldn't watch all.......it was so outrageous.

My memory must be dimming....I thought once upon a time,Republican Diaz-Balart, Cuban American congressman from Florida, honored the rule of law....

..what changed for him?....having too much power?
