I suppose Mugabe doesn’t realize that the leaders of these countries look down on him because he is black and that they think of him as an inferior tributary, not an equal at the negotiating table. The minute they get nukes of their own, after blowing Israel to smithereens, the Chinese will take Africa while Iran takes the Middle East.

And Mugabe will either do as the Chinese say or end up shot. He’s literally supplying the means for his own overthrow.

Iranian uranium (haha) is rich in molybdenum, which makes it more difficult to enrich, so it’s easier to buy it from foreign countries....like Zimbabwe. And Russia.
