I watched FOX most of the day and not once did they talk about that 70% of us residents here in AZ support this, and I believe the number is higher.

After all, when I got my Census form, the one with questions about which, if any of the 57 varieties of 'Hispanic' I might be, then the other questions about 'Race', I was assured that Hispanicity was not a race. Now, when illegal aliens who speak Spanish (or some derrivative thereof) are going to be checked, "Hispanic" is a "Race".
This is all the sort of thing one might expect from people who would debate what the meaning of 'is' is,
