When I first read this, I actually thought it was a joke. Homosexuals constantly claim that they aren't targeting kids with their lifestyle. Yet here we have proof that they are attempting to influence and recruit very young kids. In my childhood, I couldn't imagine a comic book like 'Richie Rich' or 'Casper the Ghost' pushing issues of alternative sexuality. This is insane.

It’s sad. When I was reading Archie comics at around the age of 8 I don’t even think I knew what a homosexual was, and I’ll bet many of today’s older gay activists didn’t either. Times have changed and not for the better.

It was the only comic I grew up with that I could buy my 8 and 9 year olds that I didn’t have to read cover to cover and worry about.

I guess the market demands they wreck even Archie Comics now.

OK then.

I can't imagine trying to raise decent, wholesome kids today in a social climate that uses iconic comic-books to treat a perverted act as if it were 'normal'.

That the practitioners of homosexual behavior have gone from socially-unacceptable pariahs 50 years ago to receiving legal protections beyond what straight citizens are given and celebrated as if they were something more than sad, confused human beings living a degenerate lifestyle that promises only disease, heartbreak and an early, painful death, today, is amazing and indicative of how far American culture has fallen.

Archie comics, which began during WWII, may be a dinosaur franchise desperate to remain 'relevant' but to see this once decent kids entertainment devolve into a propaganda tool now used to 'normalize' homosexual behavior by introducing an attractive, benign character and presenting him as a homosexual, definitely signals a tacit approval (by the owners of the franchise) of homosexual behavior.

Yes, it's sad for those of us who grew up with 'Archie' comics but at this point, I'm not surprised, just disgusted. If this is what they consider 'entertainment' for kids, I hope 'Archie' is soon retired - and forgotten.
