The Fight-Back Begins

A sudden uprising from the moguls of enterprise threatens to disrupt, if not demolish, Obama’s fake green plans for the world. The Sierra Club and other socialist despots have been bringing ‘vexatious and frivolous’ law cases against normal businesses for a long time, with Democratic approval. Al Gore used the same tactic in his run-up to the vice presidential elections. The Democrat rat-pack did the same recently to Sarah Palin, bringing malicious and unfounded accusations against her.

The idea is to weaken opposition with continuous litigation, even though their cases are flimsy and stupid. The idea is not to win, but to engage the opponent in expensive legal fees they cannot sustain. Even so, green groups have earned millions each year by bringing these insulting legal cases, by forcing people to cave-in out of court. And Democratic henchmen applaud.

But, this time, big companies with plenty of cash are taking up the fight. I have never heard of a single president (I still can’t use a capital ‘P’ for Obama) who has attracted so much opposition and legal fights in such a short space of time! Yet, Obama deserves every one of them. Hopefully, if the number increases he will be deluged and ruined, just like those he happily destroyed in his secret route to the White House. Now, with the Big Boys on the block, his hot-shot lawyers will have a tough time facing off their adversaries

"Stripping Obama of His Powers The fight-back is coordinated by the Coalition for Responsible Regulation Inc (CRR), which suddenly came into being the day after EPA ‘scientists’ said ‘greenhouse gases’ were a public danger (even though there are no such things as ‘greenhouse gases’ – see my book).

The CRR is comprised of a number of huge companies, plus others. Their aim is to “strip the Obama administration of its powers to regulate greenhouse gas emissions should Congress fail to act on climate change.” (The Guardian, 22nd April). That’s strong fightin’ talk that looks mighty promising! If nothing else, Obama will find his nose broken and bleeding."

If anyone can find a website for this group, Coalition for Responsible Regulation, please, post it. I have to step out, and the search engines all have EPA and DU articles at the top.

It will be an up-hill fight but the existing law must be overturned.

On April 2, 2007, in Massachusetts v. EPA, 549 U.S. 497 (2007), the Supreme Court found that greenhouse gases are air pollutants covered by the Clean Air Act. The Court held that the Administrator must determine whether or not emissions of greenhouse gases from new motor vehicles cause or contribute to air pollution which may reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health or welfare, or whether the science is too uncertain to make a reasoned decision. In making these decisions, the Administrator is required to follow the language of section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act. The Supreme Court decision resulted from a petition for rulemaking under section 202(a) filed by more than a dozen environmental, renewable energy, and other organizations.

On April 17, 2009, the Administrator signed proposed endangerment and cause or contribute findings for greenhouse gases under Section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act. EPA held a 60-day public comment period, which ended June 23, 2009, and received over 380,000 public comments. These included both written comments as well as testimony at two public hearings in Arlington, Virginia and Seattle, Washington. EPA carefully reviewed, considered, and incorporated public comments and has now issued these final Findings.

Global warming, green agendas are blackmail. Most people with a simple education knows CO2 is necessary to life!

It's the expletive MSM withholding all data in lieu of delivering all propaganda all the time. If you read between the lines, they're trying to get us to stay home, adore our pets and get scared or mad as hell so we'll revolt and Obama will be free to declare martial law.

I was just reading about the CRR. You haven't heard about them on any radio or TV . . . “Stripping Obama of His Powers.
