Props!

This shows the REAL issue that the whole “birther” dismissal ignores. Obama admits his father was Kenyan. Therefore, he’s not a natural born
citizen.

Courts say nobody has standing to raise the issue. Pathetic.

I still don’t understand this argument. I was born in Oklahoma, but my father was French. Do I need to pack my bags and head for Paris?

I've known of Vattel for some time, but I'm beginning to wonder if the lack of 'standing' is due to the fact Americans have been fooled into believing they are citizens of the United States instead of being citizens of the American States....or State citizens.

§ 1218. The inhabitants enjoy all their civil, religious, and political rights. They live substantially under the same laws, as at the time of the cession, such changes only having been made, as have been devised, and sought by themselves. They are not indeed citizens of any state, entitled to the privileges of such; but they are citizens of the United States. They have no immediate representatives in congress.
Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution

A State citzen would have standing, a federal 'US' citizen would not.
