Thanks. I'm glad that you found the article useful. The notes of Constitutional Convention are a very good help to understanding what our Constitution is trying to do. (It's very unfortunate when people try to amend it without considering the reason it is structured the way it is and the consequences of changing it.) It is probably wise to interpret the NBC clause very strictly, especially today with so many foreign influences trying to direct policy without most Americans realizing that it is done.
Many groups have been working through the media to convince everybody that globalism is great and national sovereignty and independence is bad, so now there are many people that don't even see the loss of national sovereignty to some global authority independent of the people and our Constitution as a danger. People are being indoctrinated to be global citizens instead of American citizens.
