My brother is a business owner in Sierra Vista.

I have a son that lives in Phoenix and graduated from UofA in Tucson

I have another son who graduated from NAU in Flagstaff.

But hey, what do I know about arizona..

we recently cut 130 beds from juv corr

we are cutting money from st adult corr

we will now to spend money to defend againt this lawsuit

we also cuz of cutting kids care state funding will lose 7-10 bil over the next three fy of federal funds

we are now having to seek 300,000 mil in donations to fund kids care cuz we don’t have the money

you can send a check to az to our state gen fund to help us balance our budget

Balance your own darn budget and you can start by cutting out education and medical care for illegal children. They are "takers" sabe, and are contributing to your deficit.

Whether it’s the Tenth Amendment, or the argument that the Federals have abdicated their Constitutional duties, do you (does anyone) REALLY believe the Feds will let this stand? Really?

The Federal Courts will find an excuse to strike it down. The Executive branch will find a reason to TAKE them to Federal Court (Civil Rights seems to be the catch all excuse for Leftists). The Congress will grant SOME kind of regulatory power to the INS, Border Patrol, or put a few thousand National Guard troops (unarmed) down there, and they THINK that will be all — that will be enough.

I hope Arizona — and Texas, and New Mexico, and a HOST of other States FINALLY stand up and say ENOUGH! No more Washington! NONE. THE END. If you WON’T fulfill your Constitutional duties WE WILL! Why waste time with YOU?!

What about the civil rights of the officers that were murdered and the rancher that was murdered and the teenage girl that was raped. And the ER patients who are turned away for overcrowding at hospitals. And the American taypayer who is held hostage for the bills?

EVERY SINGLE STATE in the Union has LAWS requiring CITIZENS to produce Identification when asked by a Peace Officer. In Most States they will Arrest you if you don’t have ID. There is nothing unconstitutional about this LAW. Unless of course if the Feds say this law is illegal then NOBODY is EVER REQUIRED to Prove their identity to ANYONE EVER, including the FEDS and the IRS.
