UHmmm, would that be the "perfect world" in which any of the world's 6.4 billion people feel free to stomp into my house or your house anytime, trash it up, take what they want, etc.? Would that be the "perfect world" in which hippie nirvana has arrived? I prefer an "imperfect" world with some reasonable laws and ENFORCEMENT of said laws.
