Bingo!

What will all the states and “we the people” do when HC, Cap n Trade, Immigration, and the rest of the slew of unconstitutional laws a deemed constitutional by the federal judicial branch?

The entire federal government will have proven itself to be working outside the limitations of the Constitution. At that point, we can sit back and concede defeat and implement a vote ‘em out strategy (that will not work and will be too late) or we can nullify and interpose through our state governments.

One path leads to servitude and more egregious liberty killing steps taken by the federal government and the other ultimately leads to freedom, but the details of this path will depend on how the federal government responds.
