Doesn't have to sign it.

Just so long as she doesn't VETO it becomes law.

She has vetoed anti illegal immigration legislation before. I think she’s facing a primary this year...anybody? That may be the only reason she hasn’t vetoed it yet. Seventy percent of her state’s citizens support it.

msnbc is saying she’s going to have a presser at @4pm.

I’m wondering...even if she refuses to sign it, it still goes into affect tomorrow. Is there a way she can stop it if she wanted?

Four days to consider it isn’t long. Gov Brewer has scheduled a conf at 1:30 pm in re: this bill. One local radio station who says they have the inside track is saying she’ll sign it.
