Check your facts. It is totally possible to have the state of Hawaii issue a COLB without him being born in Hawaii.

Not a certificate. It's a certification. And it's been demonstrated to be counterfeit by half a dozen qualified examiners.

So, it doesn't matter what that document says, since the document is bogus.

That is not necessarily the case in spite of the fact that Obama’s COLB states that Hawaii was his place of birth.
