No, because Blackstone’s original definition would have excluded someone who had divided loyalties. That was the whole point. Natural born is citizenship by birth through the parents...regardless of where the birth takes place. Native born just describes the place. Of course Blackstone didn’t live in a Republic so he used the term ‘subject’ not citizen.

Well, that nails obama then, his father was not an American citizen but a British subject giving obama a divided loyalty.

The Founders used the term Citizen in the Constitution for a very good reason, they fought to get away from being subjects.
