That's criteria 1. But the CoLB also shows his father as Barack Hussein Obama, who we know was not a US citizen at the time of Jr.'s birth, or ever for that matter. Having US citizen parents is criteria 2.

IF you aquaint yourself with the Hawaiian “Certificate Of Live Birth”, and the VARIOUS methods that apply for a RELATIVE to obtain one for a child, you might realize why we are not accepting the COLB.
There are many items on a REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE that are NOT present on a COLB.

No, actually it doesn’t and its purpose is not to prove citizenship.
It’s not relevant. The constitution requires something he cannot be: a Natural Born citizen. That requires that both parents had to be citizens at the time of his birth. His father was never naturalized, so he cannot be president, and he is not president.
This is definitely what is called a Constitutional Crisis.

Check your facts. It is totally possible to have the state of Hawaii issue a COLB without him being born in Hawaii.
