She’s just dressing in a manner as to conseal her fat- mostly in black- since she went on this ‘put America on a diet’ binge. (It ain’t working)
She STILL looks fat and dressed inappropriately.

Now that you mention it she does looks chubby he looks thin and more than likely it is because he chain smokes..She wants all of America to be on a diet with her..Her an her husband think they are God and can tell us what to do..
