I have to disagree with Jesse on this one. I do believe that people like Obama and even the more died in the wool alinsky types...have an agenda that they think will help the poor masses. It’s like a God thing...not just wanting power. Power yes, but to do some kind of twisted good which never does do what is promised, but they still think it is “good”. Could be that I am missing something, but I think Jesse is not seeing it deep enough.

Wow, good discussion with fabian and BGTG...whether Obama and those guys think they are doing good or know they are doing evil! Wow! The penny is falling....for me!! Patrick, fabian, Bill, Ermias all think the think they are doing good, Only Jesse and Bible Go to Guy believe that they know what they are doing... I understand...its like drugs, an addiction you know is wrong, but won't let go its so sweet

BGTG is talking about "How Good Biblical Scholars Go Bad". I missed some of this I'm hoping to catch up. People say the bible is the inerrant word of God....Perfect....but the bible has tons of mistakes per BGTG. He says what we have now after hundreds of re-translations, taking parts out, putting parts in, changing the wording...etc. an imperfect version...

One more time...BGTG says it is the word of God, but there are errors...some huge. If God empowered the bible, why didn't he save them from being trampled. (This is from a book BGTG read...the author became a agnostic after this...) BGTG says this was done so men would find their own way...like Moses, Abraham etc.]

So the result is per BGTG this was Gods plan. That men would ultimately have to turn inward!! THe bible is only a tool. But the real WORD is in our hearts.

haven’t look at it much from that angle..that tyrants have a drug called power. I do believe thbat part of that power though, is tempered by do goodism..thus we have liberals. There are also those blatant evil ones like Hitler but I believe even he was tricked by the devil to believe some good..the 1000 year reign of some such. I just don’t think that Jesse is delving deep enough and actually seeing the depth of deception that people like Obama live under helps me to be forgiving and stroner, not the opposit! Forgive them for they know not what they do...of course even if they know we are still to forgive...and then stand against evil.
