>> Pretty much, yeah.

>>> Do you care to back up such a bold statement with a law, presidential declaration,
>>> or regulation ... or is it “pretty much” just your opinion?

Ah, much like your "opinion" on the veracity of this entire Eligibility controversy and Obama's credibility therein.
That would be Alinsky's Rules for Radicals, Rule #1:

1. "Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have."

Yes, it's obvious that YOU and the other Obama supporters here DO NOT KNOW his true Eligibility status, which is why your position is so incredibly weak.

It's an assumption, based upon the claims of those with DUBIOUS Credibility, who just so happen to be HIGHLY vested in Obama's success by covering up any secrets that would undo his presidency and their Political Power & Agenda.

— You have seen the man LIE to the American Public time and time again, have you not?

— You have seen his supporters do WHATEVER IS NECESSARY for him to GAIN and RETAIN his power, have you not?

— You have seen his cohorts like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and the DNC LIE to the Public to protect & defend him while also pushing forth the Obama agenda, have you not?

And for the record, your laughable "pretty much" "opinion" is wrong.

In all cases, the Chain of Command stems from the President. That's why he's been called the Commander-in-CHIEF since before the Constitution was inked. Every member of the Armed Forces, past and present, is taught this and KNOWS this
(at least those not carrying the water for Obama here).

Furthermore, it's codified by ink TODAY in numerous places, like this:

10 USC 162 - Sec. 162. chain of command

"... the chain of command to a unified or specified combatant command runs - (1) from the President to the Secretary of Defense; and (2) from the Secretary of Defense to the commander of the combatant command."

It hurts one’s brain to know how inept the populace has become and it's not even their fault.

We've all seen the grammar school tests from the 19th century and discovered we didn't know that much in college.

How many of us know we could be at those academic levels again if it weren't for the government and its enslaving of its citizens?

UK did it with cheap beer. When people got mad at govt cheap drink pacified them.

USSA did it with The Children, took their spirit.

When the baby boomers are gone this place will be a prison planet.

Well we’ll see who’s proved right in the end; professionally trained military lawyers or Google trained military lawyer wannabes. I’m betting on the professionals.

“Yes, it’s obvious that YOU and the other Obama supporters here DO NOT KNOW his true Eligibility status, which is why your position is so incredibly weak.”

This is an excellent summary—a summary explaining the most important fact that can be derived from all the comments ever posted on this issue by N-S and the rest of them.

(N-S, you really could have saved yourself a lot of time.)
