Curious, this poor individual has to pay a large fine for pretending to be a resident, but other individuals can run for president...

I think that Obama should go hunting in Wyoming. They seem to have better ways of keeping track of things like residency. Perhaps a better bet would be that all people who want to vote should have to be cleared by the state of Wyoming.....a lot less vote fraud would take place.
