Actually, corruption should carry a sliding scale penalty.
$100,000 = minimum 2 years.
$500,000 = minimum 5 years
$1,000,000 = minimum 10 years
$5,000,000 = minimum 15 years
$10,000,000 = minimum 20 years
Any amount over = minumum life sentence

I’d throw in death penalty somewhere in that list but it costs too much to actually carry out the sentence.

Why defraud them when you can make a fortune legally from them? I met a guy on a cruise ship that had been selling those motorized wheel chairs to Medicare recipients. He was buying them for $800 to $1100 from China and selling them to Medicare from between $4000 to $5000 a pop. He was shipping container after container of these things before the Medicare idiots finally determined they were paying too much for them.

Taking money from some of these government agencies is like taking candy away from a baby.
