Here's the morning gumband snap for Quinn and ROse fans.

BTW today is the aniversary of the Battle os San Jacinto in Texas, 1836. Sam Houston led the Texas army to victory over Mexican General Santa Anna and the army that laid siege to The Alamo.

Legend has it that Emily West(Morgan) an indentured servant and lady of color played a critical part in the victory by detaining Santa Anna in his tent until late in the day. When the Texans attacked the Mexican army was caught off guard and defeated.

About 700 of the Mexican soldiers were killed and 730 captured, while only nine Texans died.

Emily West became known as The Yellow Rose of Texas.

Anybody else confused with GoldmanSachsGate? I understand the basics...but will the average person ‘get it?’. I think Obama voters would have trouble figuring out the scoring on Dancing with the Stars. So following the SECOND would be mind boggling.

I'm VERY confused about the G_S thing. Then again I bought a new 32" TV yesterday and couldn't figure out how to attach it to the cable. ONce it was I couldn't figure out the remote or hook up a DVD player that I also bought.

And supposedly I have an IQ of 163...sigh.

Yuppers but I was sleeping and Wife watched Dancing with the Stars....sigh. She WAS suprised when she got home and found the toys though! Without my Son-In-Law's help I would NEVER have had them set up in time!
