Obutt won't even run because he'll have to show his real birth certificate to about a dozen states to get on their ballots when 2012 rolls around.
Unless and until the US Supreme Court decides to pick up this case, it is going nowhere, fast.
That would be a lower court first that would take it up before the Supreme Court does.
Of course a lower court has to pick it up first. But the issue still remains. If it is going to be decided in court, the US Supreme Court will have the final answer. If such a case exists that can prove what so many people believe it should, it will end up with the US Supreme Court. They would just take it from a lower court, if need be.
If such a case exists it will have a much bigger impact on the nation than Bush vs. Gore ever did.
And unfortunately, our nation is being put to the test in the process.
