A military court is run by THE MILITARY. Oblama is the Commander in Chief of the MILITARY. Guess what? He just tells them to forget about it and they will. It's called chain of command and there is nothing in this world that can usurp it. The ONLY way Oblama is going to be removed from office other than voted out in 2012 is if the Supreme Court saw some reason to question his eligibility. That just isn't going to happen.

The Army Officer may indirectly help the process, by getting the issue more attention and mainstream. The Kerchner case is still on going.

Are you saying that Obama will dismiss Lt. Col. Lakin from the Army rather than proceed with the court martial?

A coup de Main. Well, you are right. The whole establishment just brushed aside
the question of eligibility before the election, because the truth is irrelevant to their needs.

Even if SCOTUS ruled that he was ineligible that would not remove him from office. Congress has to impeach and remove the President.

Of course a SCOTUS ruling like that would make it hard for Congress to do anything else.
