Okay, but there is nothing preventing that now.
But, there is. Coaches can't even say a prayer before a game with players before a game that want to voluntarily prayer. That shouldn't be happening in the United States of America.
Any two people or group of people should be able to pray voluntarily. There is no reason why a school administrator or teacher can't lead students in prayer.
