DETROIT -- A judge ruled Tuesday that former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick violated terms of his probation by failing to report some of his assets but held off deciding whether to send him to jail.
Wayne County Circuit Court Judge David Groner ruled that Kilpatrick violated terms of his probation by failing to report some of his assets. He said Kilpatrick could remain free on bond pending his sentencing on May 20, but strongly suggested Kilpatrick may be headed to jail and ordered state corrections officials to prepare a pre-sentence report and submit it to the court.
Prosecutors have said Kilpatrick hasn't paid enough toward his $1 million restitution to Detroit.

This guy is an arrogant idiot that reminds me of another arrogant SOB in public office now. The worse part is if he was allowed to run again and got the democratic nomination he would win hands down in Detroit.
Kwame is a thug trained and enabled by his ‘rat parents.
Mr. Hip Hop Mayor, why don’t you hippity hop your dumb ass into a cell until you learn to obey the law?

The judge very pointedly recommended that Kwame get his “affairs in order.”

Texting .. wow.. another one bit the dust..
I wonder if your thumbs quiver at night , if you’re a heavy texter. ;-)
His jailname ought to be Twitchy.
If he violated the terms, why is he still out on bond? I would think that any violation would throw Special K in the slammer.
The other day I saw a gal wearing a shirt that read, " My name is _____ and I'm a textaholic."
She was way guilty though.
"Get my affairs in order??! What's he talkin' about, Willis?"
