"A thorough study of the Waco incident would make it clear to any thinking person that the “official” story of the event is patently false."

What "official" story are you referring? Did I mention "an official story"? Nope

The feds had a search warrant signed by a judge. The Davidians refused entry and made it clear that they would forcefully repel any attempt by the authorities to enter the compound.

Apparently, you want to live in a country where people can ignore law enforcement. I don't. If it's ok for the Davidians to ignore federal search warrants, it's certainly ok for Islamic extremist operating in the US to ignore those same search warrants, right?

If it's ok for the Davidians to ignore federal search warrants,

You are wrong, very wrong. The BATF went in guns ablazing with no provocation. No attempt was made to serve any sort of warrant. The BATF intended to murder, and murder they did, including the murder of at least three of their own agents.

You can watch this yourself by searching "Waco The Big Lie" parts 1 through 3.

The discussion here is what lead up to the search warrant. People are trying to tell you the resons for the warrant were bogus. They started the whole Ruby Ridge business by putting a federal agent at a meeting of a group that Weaver belonged to and then the agent tried to get Weaver to modify a gun for him. Weaver refused but that didn’t stop the feds. We are trying to tell you the feds create evidence when they can’t find any.

As I said, the warrant was obtained through falsified affidavits, in addition to being riddled with other legal and factual errors. Magistrate Green did not know that when he signed it. If he had, he may well not have signed it.

Koresh was on the front porch talking with the ATF when the feds started shooting. Unprovoked gunfire.

Additionally, the ATF had a standard warrant. Which they illegally treated as a no-knock warrant.

They came in shooting.

The government of this country supposedly operates according to the US Constitution and legal statutes. In the Waco incident, both were disregarded and subverted.
