Earth Day is coming up this Sunday, and not to be out done by the racist, right-wing, gun-totting Tea Party nuts, the Earth Day Network has planned a big to-do. Sting, The Roots, John Legend and a few other quasi stars are all playing on the National Mall.
From their Web site:
On Sunday, April 25, Earth Day Network will organize a massive climate rally on The National Mall to demand Congress pass strong legislation. The Climate Rally will include notable speakers Reverend Jesse Jackson, film director, James Cameron, AFL-CIO President, Richard Trumka, Olympic gold medalist, Billy Demong, producer, Trudie Styler, author, Margaret Atwood, NFL player and television personality, Dhani Jones, environmental photographer Sebastian Copeland and many more.
The Climate Rally will also feature live music from Sting, John Legend, The Roots, Jimmy Cliff, Passion Pit, Bob Weir, Willie Colón, Joss Stone, Robert Randolph, Patrick Stump, Mavis Staples, Booker T, Honor Society and Tao Rodriguez-Seeger.
As you can imagine, an all-star lineup that would no one would miss, right? However I did a little digging, and by that I mean scrolled down the page, and I found this:
Free buses to the Climate Rally Earth Day Network is sponsoring free buses from New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, Charleston WV, Richmond, Charlottesville, and Baltimore. RSVP today. Buses to DC will park at RFK Stadium. There will be easy access to the Climate Rally by Metro Rail.

Less than the recent volcano? Don’t worry though, they will find a way to blame that on man generally, and Bush specifically.
Hey, that's the same day I am increasing my carbon footprint!
Wow, what are the chances???
Thank you. It’s exactly like those greenies who buy a house. Instead of conserving and embracing the history of the house, they spend months gutting the whole thing and replace it with granite this and concrete that and wooden whatevers and all new high end stainless steel appliances.
If it’s Sunday, I’ll be mowing the grass with my Toro and cranking up the edger and leaf blower.
“Is it really worth it to get bused in from Columbus, OH to see John Legend and Sting”?
...when you get a free bus ride along with a cheese sammich AND you get to see 70 year old ‘Stung’ do “Roxanne” and trash America? You’d better believe it! ~sarc
In honor of earth day, I’m going to burn some tires.
Bunch of frauds.
It must suck living a lie and knowing you’re living a lie. Must make them feel very guilty.
Earth Day is about murder and oppression for a planetary regime. It has nothing to do with environmentalism.
I actually HAVE bumped into a few libtards who genuinely believed that certain tsunamis, earthquakes, etc where caused by George Bush.
The volcano, believe it or not, is not the fault of George Bush.
I heard that some religious leader in Iran has said it was caused by scantily clad women and promiscuity. I kid you not. I think it was on Fox that I heard it.
Earth Day is April 22 ... that’s Thursday.
AIR POLLUTION ALERT! Mass amount of carbon dioxide to hit U.S. beginning Wednesday and continue thru Sunday!!!!!
All the kooks and nuts will begin traveling Wednesday, the day before earth day.
Washington DC to be hit the worst!!!!
Nature ain't cuddly.
If the scantily-clad women were FNC’s Courtney Friel, Jill Dobson, Megyn Kelly, Patti Ann Brown, Molly Line or Martha MacCallum or Fox Business’ Sandra Smith, Rebecca Diamond, Shibani Joshi, Nicole Petallides, Liz Claman or Tracy Byrnes, I’m sorry I missed the show but then Iran is wrong on so many levels.
How about strong legislat'ing this:
Normally when the lefties gather for rallies. they leave tons of trash. Can’t wait for the pics.
......I plan to burn at lease 9 tires.............
