Train shakes the house a VERY little -- if the wheels on the rails happen to hit the resonant frequency of something like a window, it will buzz or ring, but it's nothing like an earthquake. Even the tiny ones we have around here occasionally (Atlanta).
As I said, I didn't mind the horn a bit, it's fairly regular so you get used to it. After 2 weeks they didn't even wake us up any more.
