I know it was negligence. I’m just saying people should not take for granted these lights and “gates” will be working at all times.
I cross rail road tracks more than I care for, but i always assume these things will not always be working regardless of negligence or faulty equipment.
I’m sure if this woman had been a little more vigilant she may have had more of a chance, but seems like she was just a typical driver, but to give her credit, I wasn’t there so i will give her benefit of the doubt.
I would just like to see our public drivers be a bit more educated about driving as I see so many are not or don’t care as they fly at high speed without regards to the real dangers of RR tracks.
