Waco was an ATF publicity stunt. They would have gone in 28 February 1993 whoever had been elected as President Well there were two distinct Waco attacks about 90 days apart. The first was the Operation Showtime ATF raid. The second, run by the FBI, is the compleltely unpardonable attrocity that cost the 83 lives. That was pure Clinton, during their time, with their approval.
