Well, I wouldn't trust Nagin or anyone near him, but if Jindal has been told by the police not to speak until more is known (obviously, I don't know if it's the case), then I would imagine he doesn't have much choice in the matter.

I'm just as curious as to why Rush, Hannity, Beck, et al, haven't said anything. (Or did I miss that?)

It seems to me that the ongoing investigation is silencing at least some of them.
