Enemy combatants caught on the battlefield? Sure. Foreign terrorists caught here? No problem.

Read Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution. Our original writing allows for indefinite jailing of terrorist suspects.

Don't be daft! Terrorism has NOTHING to do with imprisoning Americans that this admin. considers “belligerent”. What kind of ignorant arrogant wording is that?? If someone refuses to believe the economy is improving and speaks out about it, that could be considered belligerent!

Better read it again! We need JD elected and I would call having McCain there a crisis!
