500 Mainers took a state housing authority course to become weatherization technicians. Another 200 became certified energy auditors.<<<<

The number of green jobs is a moving target in Maine? Could that be related to the fact that the green job market is based on a hoax? The hoax being that politicians can change the activity of the sun?

500 idiots and 200 morons. If you need to take a state housing authority course to become weatherization technician you’re definitely on the low end of the IQ scale.

Despite predictions, state’s green economy yet to bloom but it`s green on the north side of the pines.

This is what happens when government substitutes its decisions for those of the free market.

It totally amazes me at the number of people who see the "climate" as a cash cow.
The climate is the climate, and it is what it is. The audacity of humans who think they can change it boogles the mind.
In my own little private protest, I won't guy anything that purports itself to be "green", or "preventing greenhouse gases". It's a scam, just like global warming.
Seems every product in the grocery store than can claim it doesn't create or contribute to those mystical "greenhouse gases" has added something about "being green" to their label.
I put it in the same category as those "organic bananas" at the store...I thought all bananas were "organic"...at least I haven't seen any mechanical ones.
I just call all that stuff more "algore $#!+".

The government has been touting the magic wonders of "winterization for decades;but most people knew about the simple things long before that.
Only a complete idiot needs a government training course to learn that cold air coming around the windows and doors runs up the heating bill.People bought storm windows ,stopped draughts, and installed insulation if they were smart.
I also know many chose to simply use more fuel until the fuel prices soared;people who grew up with cheap fuel just didn't see the need to "waste" money on insulating.
Oddly, many newer commercial buildings ,including my workplace, have no insulation;nor did several huge buildings I worked in previous over the past 20 years.Yet they were all built after the 1973 oil crisis and after the big public campaigns to conserve energy of the Carter years.Apparently big businesses find it cheaper to buy energy than use improved construction.Check out new commercial, government, and retail buildings in your area and be prepared for a shock.

Nobody with a brain is going to support a green economy. Environmental is the same as communist. Green is the new Red.

Nobody with a brain is going to support a green economy.Which is why government will mandate the products and services that make up their supposed green economy. Then, we'll have no choice.
And then they'll claim to have used the market to make the environment cleaner.
