When I search online, I get more of the same. Apparently, the Congressional Record online dates only to 1994 (Gingrich revolution). For dates before that, one must go to a physical depository, I'm led to believe. Just curious if anyone has verified it actually exhists in the Congressional record, rather than being a modern construct written to appear older.

In either case, this is not the USA my grandfather lived in!
