That photo is NOT photoshopped. It was/is all over the internet from reputable news sources along with stories and it was always the same. The only photoshopped one was from the NT Times and they cut the Paki out and the deletion of the Paki was obvious.
There have been many here who are certain that some AP photos are photoshopped mojitojoe.
If people are missing the extra fingers and the arm and fingers in his lap on THIS forum, then they may have been missed by many on other sites too and many intend to deceive on purpose.
I’m not an expert but surely you can’t believe the two fingers and the arm on the other side of his knee are anything else but two fingers and an arm??? Lol.
I’m just stating what I see and I have pretty good eyes.
