To: wastedyears
For the ammo and "firearms" accesories, it is left ambiguos. Something is not against the law unless specifically mentioned. Therefore, in my opinion, AP rounds, tracers, M203, supressors, etc should be legal under state law unless there is another specific law preventing the their manufacture.

The bills I read all seem to specifically deem machineguns illegal.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with people owning grenades, mortars, claymores, machineguns..... etc.

Neither do I, and I wouldn't care if my next-door neighbor or across the street owned one or all of them. I'd only have a problem if something is pointed towards my home.
