They have no suspects in custody yet. When you consider the corruption/incompetence that is the NOPD, one has to despair that every there will be. See my commentary on that very subject.

That doesn’t mean they don’t have a good bead on who the perps are, now does it? I would be surprised if they didn’t know and are collecting enough evidence to get warrants.
Do the victims have any say on this issue? Can they file charges?
