Has McCain come out in favor or against cap and trade? I can’t keep up.
Now that he's in a primary contest, he says he opposes cap & trade.
However, in the 2008 general election, cap & trade was one of his Presidential campaign promises.
You figure it out...
He’s opposed to it at the moment, the same with amnesty.
He passed the ball over to his good friend Lindsey Graham to take the reigns of these matters of national importance.....at least until Nov 3.
