If dems get enough R defectors, republicans will lose the issue completely. Republicans could still turn this around politically , but it will take determination and skill that I dont see just yet.

I'm thinking that, since the regulatory power is in the executive branch, if we elected a good faith conservative POTUS in 2012, the abuse of regulatory powers could be minimized.

Right now I see either a Romney or Obama nightmare in our future, but then my visions are always dark....like this current one we are living.
