Any Republican that votes for this scam needs his head examined and does not have a clue as to what is happening outside of the halls of Congress.
I am afraid the repubs are bought in on this somehow. Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan want to trade caps and tax so no doubt they paid off all the schmucks.
