I really think they are going to have a hard time getting to 60 on this.m Maybe I am wrong, but this bill will destroy the remaining economy of several industrial states with Democratic senators.
Then again that didn't stop them on the Deathcare bill.

Plenty of RINOs available for this to get through. There will be nothing left to vote for come November, and I think that is the idea.

Two other Republican Senators have already said they can support a cap and tax bill and they weren’t even from Maine.
My guess is it gets 65 votes and there’s bipartisan love all over the country. /s/

It will annihilate the coal industry, so there will be enormous constituent pressure on (for example) Byrd, Rockefeller, Webb, etc., to vote against it.
But we saw what happened with health care, where Democrats essentially spat on their constituents. So, not optimistic.
