Look, regardless of its merits, the birth certificate issue is a political LOSER.... we are willing to let Obama continue to trample the Constitution as a whole in order to take a stand on Constitutional principle on the birth issue in particular, then we are surely misguided.

Oh! Gee! I get it! Only some parts of the Constitution should be defended. The rest of the Constitution is a "LOSER" ( sarc.)

I agree with you. It seems our side is willing to have a complete fraud signing away our freedoms. It is all about some political win for them, not about preserving the country. We are in big trouble.
