The judges have been enforcing the Constitution. The problem is that the Constitution is flawed. It only allows the Electoral College and Congress to determine eligibility. Thus, nobody else has ‘standing’ in the court’s eyes. That has been the verdict every time it has gone to court.

I see. They have been enforcing the constitution eh? How come they did not throw out the 17th when the Constitution clearly states that “no state without it’s consent, etc”..That requires a unanimous vote. How about the 16th? There were not sufficient states to ratify the language presented in the 16th. And, I have a problem with “standing”..I can be defrauded by the congress and the Electoral College because I am experiencing the same fraud as every other citizen. Makes reason stare.....
