If it hasn't already been answered...rabs supports Ron Paul.
Wow
I am left without a response, which is quite an accomplishment.
Pretty dull posting so far compared to that ‘Lieberman’ thread. You think it’s because of the time ZONES? Still early in Ohio, CA, etc?
Dear God...why didnt the GOP run Alan Keyes in 2008?!
Keyes is a true vote getter. In the 2008 Presidential election as a 3rd Party candidate Keyes got 10 votes in New York, 5 in NYC and the other 5 elsewhere in the state. That’s a true vote getter the Keyes fellar.
FAR apart too! ;*)
(Check a U.S. map)
Good morning!
It’s not that he’s too conservative; it’s that he’s a lousy candidate.
You never took geography, did you?
Because it would have been the most embarrassingly one-sided loss in the history of the Presidency.
But I think there is some wisdom in his critique of at least SOME of her supporters (for which she cannot be personally blamed):
Do Sarah Palin's supporters want people to treat her the way the Obama's media clique treats him? Are we to be mesmerized by her words, but by no means analyze her actions?
There certainly is a lot of knee-jerk attacks on any negative opinions regarding Sarah Palin's views; worst in my opinion are those "supporters" who either try to deny what Sarah believes, or insist that she is just ignorant of the right opinions, and shouldn't be held accountable; or that she is lying about stuff out of loyalty.
All of these do disservice to Palin, who is a strong woman with opinions that need to be respected, not dismissed when those opinions don't fit the supporters preconceived notions.
Well, Alan Keyes has been a lot of talk and not a lot of action, or at least not successful action. So when he lodges the same complaint against Governor Palin, I find it droll, to say the least.
I’d say he could win if he ran a competent campaign. The problem is he doesn’t seem to know how to run one. It’s not that he’s not smart enough to learn, it’s that he doesn’t seem to care.
“Dear God...why didnt the GOP run Alan Keyes in 2008?! The man is apparently unafraid to candidly speak the truth.”
Maybe because he has never one an election in his life lol.
He’s a joke and when he didn’t get money from the GOP several years ago...he cried race.
This guy is not credible and thus your support for him makes sense.
He supports Ronaldus Minimus Paulus
“Dr.Keyes’ taking Steele to task for the race card seems appropriate as well”
LOL, you know very little about Keyes then. He turned out to be a phoney race baiter in his Maryland Senate campaign, crying he got no money because he was black.
Fraud and charlatan.
Alan Keyes will be running against the GOP again in 2012, Keyes ran for President in 2008 and received fewer than 48,000 votes.
Alan Keyes did run in the GOP primary in 2008.
Alan Keyes also ran in the Constitution Party primary of 2008.
Alan Keyes formed his own Party and ran for President in 2008.
Alan Keyes recieved 47,694 votes in his 2008 Presidential race.
Alan Keyes has never won an election, and never will, he doesn't have to deliver his message in a way that the American voters can accept, he will never be a serious candidate for anything.
He’s tried. I’ve worked in his primary campaign.
However, Alan Keyes was the guy Obama beat to become Senator. He talks a good line, except when he proposes “Reparations” like he did in that race, but chokes in the race.
We had our suspensions prior to that.
Once she came out swinging for the latest McCain campaign, that was it.
Politicians or Candidates that aid and abet open borders and pro-amnesty politicians, will not get our support.
No compromise, end of story.
You can always write in Keyes.
A small percentage of voters are accounted for in the polls for protest votes, so you’re accounted for.
