I remember when the Healthcare bill passed that 38 states were possibly going to file lawsuits.

I think there are still 38 - 40 States with various forms of 10th Amendment blowback for the federales. Sovereignty initiatives, Firearms Freedom Act along with Healthcare Freedom Act, etc round out the menu. AG Holder is going to have his hands full fighting patriots since he can't seem to find the time to take on the dirtbags.
