Where does the money come from? Who gets to pay to maintain this every year?
Will Kucinich demand a ‘peace time’ museum?
We already have the Infantry Museum in Columbus, Georgia, the Special Forces museum in Fort Bragg, the Navy Museum in Washington, DC, the Marines Museum in Quantico, at least half a dozen Civil War museums, at least three World War II Museums, the World War I museum in Kansas City, a planned Revolutionary War Museum in Philadelphia, and probably many more museums across the country dedicated to some aspect of warfare. Why do we need taxpayer money for this project?
I am not exactly sure by the name, War Time Museum, what such a museum would contain? Will it tell the story of how civilians live during war? Common soldier? Will it be like a museum analog of the War College and archieve war artifacts in general?
As if there's something illegal...
