Huckabee has the ability to talk about social issues that don’t make liberals explode with anger the way Palin does. Many people in my church think Huckabee is a kindly Christian who as President can bring Red States & Blue State together by sharing the love of Jesus to all.
About Huckabee - rethinking my previous post, you’re exactly right about him. He is permanently damaged goods. I don’t know much about Chris Christie, but our list of current “frontrunners” inspires little or no confidence that would “get out the vote.” We need something more than Obama’s failures to inspire the populace to get out and vote in limiting spending and government.
“Huckabee is a kindly Christian who as President can bring Red States & Blue State together by sharing the love of Jesus to all.”
they may think that but it is probably not reality
the attack ads against him on the parole issue have already been written. all they have to do is look at the WIllie Horton ads replace Dukakis with Huckabee and bang he wins 5 states if he is lucky
he is damaged goods rightly or wrongly
we need somone who is not one of these “frontrunners”.
I agree completely
